We track your financials and reports to you monthly through a secure and fully automated online accounting system. Log into your Owner Portal to view statements & more, such as:

  • Owner statements and direct deposit by ACH processing to your bank account
  • Rent collecting and processing of direct deposit to your bank account
  • Payment of monthly bills on the owner’s behalf
  • Annual owner statement
  • Payment of maintenance vendor bills
  • Monthly cash flow statements

Marketing

Every day your rental unit is empty is a day it isn’t earning you money. Marketing is key to reducing the number of days a home sits on the market. When you hire us, we ensure that your home finds a qualified tenant within the shortest time possible. Your property will syndicate to over 200 websites, and also run of ads for your property.

At Dallis Group, we offer tenants safe, secure, one-time, or recurring payment options.

Tenant Screening

We conduct extensive screening of prospective tenants, including reviewing their credit reports and rental history and conducting income verification and background checks. Consistent and thorough screening means qualified and reliable tenants in your rental units. 

Maintenance & Rehab

Dallis Group will assist with managing routine maintenance as well as rehab of your rental units. Each maintenance or rehab event will be assessed for urgency, severity, and cost. We can use your vendor, or you can rely on one of ours. All our vendors are licensed professionals who will perform maintenance and repairs following local, state, and federal regulations. Based on your preferences and budget, we will clear all repairs with you above an agreed amount. 

Inspections

We conduct routine inspections of your properties using photo documentation, particularly at move-in and move-out. We emphasize regular property maintenance and timely repairs. It’s better to identify minor issues and repair them properly than to allow the condition of your property to decline over time. Keeping your rental unit well maintained not only maintains the value of your property but also helps to attract high-quality tenants.
